Saint Arnold's Brown Ale

From Saint Arnold Brewery in Houston Texas comes a brown.

St Arnold's Brown is a bit heavy on the malt with the hops favor coming through only at the end with a citrus bite leading into an _almost_ pleasant bitter aftertaste. Not the best balanced brown I have had by a long shot. Still yet it has it's good points the strong malt flavor is just the thing for those around who want a heavy sweet to the leading edge of a brew. Over all darn close to unimpressive.

Cap Scores:
Type: Yeah it's a brown but hardly what I would recomend as an example of the type 6

Drinkability: To heavy on the malt with the hops coming to little to late - 6

Value: a little above average price available at some grocery stores.. almost pretty average value 6.25

Total 6.08 Caps
